Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product from our Online Store or if you need to return an item purchased from our Online Store, please email us at state.office@kofc-ca.org or call us at (909) 434-0460.

You may return new and unopened items sold through our Online Store within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full credit refund, minus shipping and handling charges if applicable. Items returned after 30-days will not receive a refund.

However, before any product may be returned, the customer must return to KofC California State Council, a “Refund Claim Form”. The “Return Claim Form” will be provided to the customer after the customer informs the KofC California State Council that they need such form. To obtain a refund, you must notify KofC California State Council within 30-days of your original purchase date that you desire a refund for the product purchased. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to KofC California State Council by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 10-days, in order to obtain a refund.
